Criminal Investigation Bureau
The Mission Police Department has a Criminal Investigation Bureau which is lead by Lt. Jody Tittle. Under his command are one Sergeant and one Corporal which lead a team of 16 investigators who are responsible for reviewing incoming cases and filing the appropriate charges. They interview witnesses, interrogate suspects, recover stolen property and prepare cases for the District Attorney's Office. Two of the Investigators are assigned as Juvenile Investigators. These two Investigators only handle crimes in where a juvenile is involved. This fine group of men and women are dedicated to making sure that the community is a safe and great place to live in.
